WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) — Former Purdue basketball guard Lance Jones announced on his Instagram that he is returning to Purdue to be a graduate assistant.
Jones played one season with Purdue (2023-24), averaging 11.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game. He played and started in all 39 games that season. He shot 41.3% from the floor and 35.7% from three.
Jones helped Purdue reach the national championship game and win the Big Ten regular season championship.
Prior to transferring to Purdue, Jones played four seasons at Sotuhern Illinois.
