Forgery and theft suspect Courtney Lister arrested in Midland

MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - The Midland Police Department arrested 50-year-old Courtney LIster on Monday, April 13th for tampering with government records, forgery, theft and real property theft. According to MPD, Lister possessed and intended to pass forged documents when contacted by detectives. Lister was transported to the Midland Police Department, where an interrogation took place. [...]
