Foggy Friday start for some with dry conditions and warming temperatures

The bottom line?  Patchy dense fog redeveloped in portions of Cache and Salt Lake County for the morning commute. A warming trend will allow daytime highs to climb above average statewide as inversion haze builds in our northern valleys.
