First permanent Code Blue shelter opening in Saratoga Springs

Saratoga County voted to approve a permanent Code Blue shelter in Saratoga Springs. It will be located at 94 Ballston Avenue, which is currently a big, empty lot, and will be managed by the Shelters of Saratoga. The organization plans to break ground this summer. Officials say this step is a long time coming.
