Swick’s Creekside BBQ destroyed in early morning fire
CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A barbecue restaurant was destroyed in an early morning fire in Crawfordsville, the fire department said.
Swick’s Creekside BBQ, formerly known as Creekside Lodge, sits along Sugar Creek, about a three-quarters of a mile northwest of the intersection of U.S. 136, U.S. 231, and state roads 32 and 47.
The blaze was reported at 12:49 a.m. Tuesday, and firefighters arrived to find heavy fire extending through the roof. No one was hurt. Officials initially considered the fire to be unintentional.
