Federal rule could benefit Hawai'i's medical cannabis patients

A new federal rule has moved certain cannabis products into Schedule III, which could mean easier access, lower costs and clearer rules for flying between islands with medical cannabis for Hawaiʻi patients, but it also leaves big questions behind for patients who grow their own medicine at home.
