Federal judge dismisses Phil Lyman's lawsuit against Lt. Governor over voting records

In the latest entry into the saga of 2024 gubernatorial write-in candidate Phil Lyman's battle against Utah officials, Lyman's federal lawsuit against Lt. Governor Deidre Henderson over voting records has been dismissed.
