Federal court overturns decision requiring LDS Church to pay settlement in sexual abuse lawsuit

A federal appeals court has overturned a lower court ruling that required the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to pay for settling a sexual abuse lawsuit. With the recent decision, the case has been returned to the lower courts.
