INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Surrounded by family at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis hospital, Nicholas Gulley was taken off of life support Friday and died.

“Lost. Overwhelmed. Devastated. He’s our world,” Gulley’s mother Amanada Bellenger told News 8 before the family pulled the plug. 

“I just want justice,” Bellenger said. 

Gulley was airlifted by helicopter to the hospital from the Henry County jail in New Castle on Feb. 4. He was in jail after being arrested in January for trespassing. He had a history of drug charges.
