Ex-sheriff expected to testify in lawsuit accusing Letcher County officials of sexually exploiting inmates

A former sheriff accused in the shooting death of a Letcher County judge may testify in a federal lawsuit accusing officials of being involved in the sexual exploitation of inmates.
