Ex-Saugerties Court clerk receives probation after changing records

On Friday, an Ulster Park woman who reportedly changed records while employed as a Saugerties Town Court Clerk was sentenced to probation. According to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, Haley Whalen, 27, will also be required to pay restitution to the court.
