Ex-Chapel Hill police officer arrested in Florida, accused of planning New Orleans mass shooting, deputies say

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, Christopher Gillum was taken into custody without incident on Wednesday after deputies received information placing him in their jurisdiction.
