EPA leader visits Valley Center avocado farm, also discuss Tijuana sewage

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin visited a farm in Valley Center to discuss the plight of the California avocado industry and the Tijuana sewage crisis, and pledged to prioritize California growers and work to fix the cross-boundary sewage flow.
