Elevate Barber College cuts ribbon in Kingsport

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — A ribbon-cutting was held Thursday to mark the opening of Elevate Barber College in Kingsport. The barber school, located at 405 East Market Street, opens to the public on Monday at 9 a.m. with haircuts starting at $10.
