Electric bus mandate for schools delayed 5 years; districts react

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) says there are currently more than 180 electric school buses on New York roads. But local districts have concerns about the conversion mandate, which is now delayed following the passage of the state budget.
