Downtown residents voice safety concerns after partial road collapse

There are new concerns in Downtown St. Louis, where a section of spruce Street remains closed after part of the road suddenly collapsed Wednesday. Road crews are still working to determine what caused the failure while neighbors are left wondering whether this could happen again.
