Dover Woman Charged With 5th DUI After Felton Crash, Police Say She Resisted Arrest, Spit on Troopers

FELTON, DE — A Dover woman with four prior DUI convictions now faces a fifth offense charge after crashing into a mailbox and resisting arrest during a roadside investigation, Delaware State Police said Wednesday.

Ashley Green, 42, was arrested Tuesday, April 21, following the midday crash on Main Street near Dundee Road, according to Delaware State Police.
