DOJ and New York State in federal court over ICE mask bans, police cooperation

Federal prosecutors are seeking a court order to block new New York state regulations that prohibit law enforcement agents from wearing masks and terminate local cooperation agreements with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
