DNA confirms Franklin man as father in incest case

FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) — A Franklin man has been charged with incest after police say he engaged in a relationship that produced a baby.

Investigators say 39-year-old Issac Cole was arrested at a home in Bartholomew County without incident. They say it began as an investigation in August.

Police say DNA testing confirmed Cole was the father of the infant.

He faces one charge of incest at this time.
