Washington, DC — Police are searching for a dirt bike rider accused of striking two children and fleeing the scene, leaving one critically injured in Northwest Washington.

The crash occurred around 6:52 p.m. April 4 at the intersection of 14th Street and Chapin Street Northwest, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
