DHS suspends Global Entry as partial government shutdown drags on; PreCheck still operational

DHS said Sunday that the Global Entry program would be shut down as long as the partial government shutdown continues. It comes after the department said it planned to shut down TSA PreCheck as well, but DHS later canceled the PreCheck closure.
