Democratic candidate withdraws from Lonoke County Sheriff race; Spencer, Behnke advance to November ballot

Democratic candidate Brian Mitchell, Sr. has withdrawn from the Lonoke County Sheriff race, leaving Republicans Aaron Spencer and independent Larry Behnke as the remaining candidates on the November ballot.
