Dashcam video shows Arkansas State Police trooper hitting herd of geese

Arkansas State Police Trooper attempted to herd geese off of Interstate 57 in Jacksonville, Arkansas, with his patrol car, resulting in a gosling being run over, prompting criticism from the public and a statement from the head of the Arkansas State Police.
