Cyclist killed after being struck by vehicle Wednesday

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A Bakersfield cyclist was killed after being struck by a vehicle last Wednesday. The Bakersfield Police Department identified the victim as Moises Alvarez Robles, 83.
