Cumberland police arrest two after street fight tied to alleged burglary entry

CUMBERLAND, MD – A reported assault in progress on Springdale Street escalated into multiple arrests Tuesday after officers arrived to find two women fighting outside a residence, according to the Cumberland Police Department.
