Cuellar restored to senior post on House Appropriations Homeland Security subcommittee

Democratic South Texas Congressman Henry Cuellar has been restored to the powerful position of ranking member of the House Appropriations Homeland Security Subcommittee, which oversees border security costs, the congressman told Border Report on Friday.
