Crash shuts down 22/322 eastbound in Dauphin County

(WHTM) - A crash has shutdown the eastbound lanes of 22/322 in Dauphin County. A PennDOT spokesperson says a tractor-trailer from an earlier incident was in the process of being recovered near milemarker 237 just outside Dauphin.
