Conway Corp implements Phase 2 of water curtailment plan

Despite the heavy rainfall in recent weeks, Conway and Morrilton's primary water source, Brewer Lake, still remains low due to the drought. In an effort to conserve water, Conway Corp has moved from Phase 1 of their water curtailment plan to Phase 2.
