Community groups call on San Diego to shut down flock license plate reader system

A coalition of more than 60 community groups, labor leaders and two San Diego City Councilmembers rallied downtown Thursday, demanding the city shut down its Flock automated license plate reader system after a major data breach and months of concern over transparency.
