Colombian Migrant Accused of Burglary Spree Held Captured in North Jersey, ICE Files Detainer

ALPINE, N.J. — A 21-year-old Colombian migrant accused of burglary, theft, and resisting arrest is now being held without bail in New Jersey while federal immigration authorities also keep a detainer lodged against him, jail records show.
