Chula Vista passes resolution condemning certain ICE practices, lowers flags to half-staff

The Chula Vista City Council unanimously passed a resolution condemning certain federal immigration enforcement practices and lowering city flags to half-staff through mid-February in honor of two people recently killed in Minnesota by federal agents.
