Chula Vista opens first city-operated food pantry

While appreciating what the region’s two non-profits, the San Diego Food Bank and Feeding San Diego, do for the hundreds of thousands of people who are food-insecure in San Diego County, the City of Chula Vista has decided to open its own food bank.
