Charges dismissed against two Magna men arrested for hoax weapons of mass destruction

Earlier this year, the FBI investigated an incendiary device placed underneath a news media vehicle and arrested two men from Magna for possessing hoax weapons of mass destruction during that investigation. A third man was later arrested, and now, charges for the two Magna men have now been dismissed.
