CCSD changes graduation regalia policy following ACLU lawsuit

The Clark County School District has officially changed its graduation regalia policy nearly a year after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), filed a lawsuit against the district, claiming schools were "enforcing unconstitutional restrictions on students’ decorating their caps and gowns."
