Catskill man indicted after alleged assault at county office building

A Catskill man has been indicted by a grand jury after an alleged assault at the Greene County Office Building on July 16. According to the Greene County District Attorney's Office, John Leibach, 39, will be arraigned on the charges Friday morning.
