Carl DeMaio gives update on voter ID, billionaire tax measures

Assemblyman Carl DeMaio, 75th Assembly District, joined "Good Morning San Diego" Tuesday to provide an update on the voter ID ballot measure as well as address the debate surrounding California's "billionaire tax" measure gaining support in the state.
