California U.S. Rep. Ro Khanna in Pennsylvania for ‘economic populism tour’

(The Center Square) – A California congressman with roots in the Keystone State will be traveling through Pennsylvania this week for over a dozen events as speculation continues that he may seek a bid for the White House in 2028.

U.S. Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., will launch his “Made in PA: New Economic Patriotism Tour” on Tuesday in Philadelphia, alongside state Rep. Chris Rabb, the Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District.

“I was born in Bucks County. My parents still live there,” Khanna wrote on social media July 22. “Next week, just after our 250th anniversary, I’m coming home.”

“Join me for the Made in PA: New Economic Patriotism Tour as we hear from workers & communities about building an economy that works for everyone,” Khanna continued.
