California man admits to sexually exploiting Capital Region teen

A California man has admitted to sending sexually explicit photos to a minor and asking her to do the same, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office Northern District of New York. Devin Ravine, 21, pleaded guilty to receiving child sex abuse images and transferring obscene material to a minor.
