Brothers accused of stealing $25K worth of items from across Chapel Hill area 

According to the Chapel Hill Police Department, Owen Woodard and Hunter Eagle were arrested last weekend "after officers discovered a large quantity of stolen property at the residence," which is located along the 2200 block of Highway 99 in Chapel Hill.
