(WISH) — The singer of “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” “Talk Dirty to Me” and “Nothin’ But a Good Time,” Bret Michaels, has postponed his Aug. 12 concert at the Indiana State Fair to 2027 due to health complications.
It’s the second show to be postponed to 2027 at this year’s fair, which begins Aug. 7. The Beach Boys were set to perform at the Free Stage on opening day. Instead, The Spinners and The Four Tops on the Free Stage on opening day, the fair’s website says. The fair website also says another show for Aug. 12 is “to be announced.”
The rocker’s website said he is recovering from urgent surgery for a complicated obstructing kidney stone. A ureteral stent placed during the procedure will remain in place for three to four weeks as part of his post-operative recuperation.
