'Breathtaking': St. George unveils City Hall Plaza, with featured sculpture

Since 2023, St. George has been working on a new city hall building meant to accommodate the growing city. The building officially opened in January 2026, and the final part of the campus, the City Hall Plaza, was opened to the public after a ceremony on Friday morning.
