Breath test put driver's blood alcohol level at 0.123 after crash that killed pedestrian, arrest report says

The driver involved in a crash that killed a pedestrian who was walking on the 215 Beltway near Charleston Boulevard at around 3 a.m. on Saturday is facing a charge of DUI resulting in death.
