Boulder to upgrade signals at 3 'high-risk' intersections

The city of Boulder is set to begin upgrading the signals at three "high-risk" intersections, including Baseline Road and Broadway, Baseline Road and Mohwak Avenue, and Folsom Street and Pine Street.
