Boulder City maintains its charm, and plans a workshop to 'ask the experts'

An "ask the experts" workshop is planned Jan. 20 in Boulder City for people considering buying or selling a home there, and how that might be affected by the Historic Preservation Ordinance and the requirements that come with it.
