Border Patrol in San Diego nabs homicide and kidnap suspects wanted in Mexico

U.S. Border Patrol agents in San Diego arrested two suspects wanted by Mexico, one for homicide and an Interpol Red Notice and a former Mexican law enforcement officer wanted for kidnapping and extortion.
