Baton Rouge mobile food market tackles hunger, chronic illness

With Louisiana continuing to battle high rates of food insecurity and chronic illnesses, community leaders and health organizations gathered in Baton Rouge Friday to provide families with something they say can change lives: healthy food and health education.
