Baton Rouge groomer faces animal cruelty charges after video surfaces

The owner of a dog salon in Baton Rouge, Tawanna Scott, is facing charges of animal cruelty after a video surfaced showing her spraying a 4-year-old poodle named Jada with water while in the grooming station, causing the dog to experience PTSD and severe anxiety.
