BALTIMORE, MD – A 14-year-old girl is in custody after a stolen vehicle pursuit early Friday escalated into a crash involving a Baltimore police cruiser and a foot chase through a dead-end street, according to officials. The incident left both the juvenile suspect and an officer with minor injuries and ended with the teen being detained at the Juvenile Justice Center.
