Bakersfield SPCA to host annual Furry Paws & Foggy Nights fundraiser

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield SPCA is inviting the community to attend its annual Furry Paws & Foggy Nights fundraising event towards the end of February.
