Bakersfield PD identifies suspect shot by officer Monday morning

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department identified the suspect who was shot by an officer Monday morning after fleeing from a vehicle that failed a traffic stop in northwest Bakersfield.
